Life-Size Candyland @ Salisbury Public Library - Children, teens, parents & caregivers can race through the Peppermint Forest and Gumdrop Mountains while enjoying delicious treats on your way to the Candy Castle. Come dressed up as your favourite Candyland character. Costumes are optional, but awesome! This event will take place in the park behind the Library if weather permits. (FREE) |

Abandoned Cat Rescue SPAYghetti Dinner @ Salisbury Lions Club (63 Peter Street) - Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce (vegetarian and alfredo available), crispy caesar salad, fresh roll, homemade dessert, and beverage (tea, coffee, or fruit punch). There will also be a craft & bake sale table, silent auction, and 50/50 draw. ($12-Adults/$6-Age 12 and under) Take-out available. All proceeds for the Abandoned Cat Rescue. Deadline for Colouring Contest * @ Village Office - Pick up a colouring contest picture at the Village Office or print off your own. Two categories, one for children (0-13) and one for adults. Parade (Regular Parade Route) - Please note, for safety reasons, through-traffic on Main Street and River Road will be stopped for the length of the parade. (Rain or Shine) - Parade Ooganizers request that candy NOT be thrown from floats in order to avoid possible injury to children that are gathering goodies. Individuals may walk beside the float and hand out treats. The committee encourages musical entrants. All rules for motorized vehicles should be abided by. There will be no tolerance for reckless driving. |

FROM 1PM-5PM. Saturday afternoon’s event schedule is based upon the parade finishing at 1pm. Because of this, times are subject to change according to the length of the parade. |
