Construction and Road Closure Notice

Route 112 (Fredericton Road) Rail Grade Crossing Rehabilitation and Culvert Installation – Two (2) Day Closure on September 27th and 28th, 2021
 
The section of Route 112 (Fredericton Road), between Bleakney Road and MacWilliam Road in Salisbury, will be closed to through-traffic on Monday, September 27th and Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 to allow for the full rehabilitation of the rail grade crossing and the replacement of an existing roadway culvert.
Through-traffic will be detoured around the area for the duration of the project. Local access to dwellings and businesses will be maintained.
The traffic control plan is to direct through-traffic via Homestead Road, Scott Road, and Route 106/Main Street, Salisbury.
All construction areas will be marked by barricades and road closure/detour signs. Drivers are asked to please abide by all signage and follow designated traffic routes. Businesses and transportation providers are encouraged to distribute this information to all relevant departments and personnel.
