Salisbury Town Council has accepted the results of a residents survey conducted this past Winter.
Consultants Narrative Research presented their findings at the Council meeting held July 13, 2026.
82% of respondents are very pleased with their quality of life, scoring the town high as a place in which to live, raise a family, and retire.
The survey also gauged residents’ opinions on services provided by the Town, taxation, and what they would like to see in Salisbury.
Six in 10, on average, are pleased with the state of municipal services, with the fire department scoring highest.
Wish lists are topped by better roads and health-care, both with 87% support.
Conducted online from March 2-17, the survey had responses from 353 households.
