The New Brunswick Government has announced plans to tighten its current COVID-19 response a few days after Christmas. The Province will move to Level 2 of its Winter Plan on December 27 at 11:59pm.
This means households will, at that time, shift from having an additional “Steady 20” to a “Steady 10,” and businesses, including retail and restaurants, must go to only 50 per cent capacity plus social distancing and masks-on.
