Salisbury celebrated the Season in grand style with its spectacular Christmas Tree Lighting event at Highland Park! On Thursday, December 5th, a crowd gathered to welcome Santa Claus, visit with vendors, donate to the Salisbury Fire Rescue Turkey Drive in support of Helping Hands Food Bank, and enjoy a performance by the Salisbury Baptist Church Junior Choir at the brand new amphitheatre. It was truly a magical launch to the Holiday Season in Salisbury.
Still to come is the popular Cookie Crawl on December 13th and 14th, and then the marquee event, the Salisbury Christmas Parade, brought to you by Scooptopia, taking place on Saturday, December 14th at 6:30 PM on Main Street.
