*** JUNE 22 NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH MEETING IS CANCELLED! TO BE HELD INSTEAD IN AUGUST (EXACT DATE TO-BE-ANNOUNCED). ***

Property crime is on the rise, but police can’t be everywhere all the time — and that’s where we come in as citizens.

There will be a public meeting on Wednesday, June 22nd at 7pm at the Salisbury Lions Club with the intention of forming a new version of Neighbourhood Watch for the Salisbury region.

This is open for anyone to attend.

RCMP will have representation at this meeting, as will the New Brunswick Department of Justice and Public Safety’s SCAN Investigation Unit (SCAN stands for Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods. With everyone working together in cooperation with law enforcement, we can keep our region safe.
