Nathan O’Blenis is the new Deputy Mayor of the Town of Salisbury.
Town Council unanimously approved the nomination of Councillor O’Blenis, an elected representative of Ward 3, at its meeting held on the evening of Monday, February 10, 2025.
The nomination put forth by Councillor Stephanie Thorne was seconded by Councillor Phyllis Bannister.
Deputy Mayor O’Blenis is currently in his second term as a municipal councillor, first elected to Salisbury Village Council in May of 2021.
He takes over his new position from Councillor-at-Large Jason Gallant, who completed his one-year term as Deputy Mayor.
