Notice of Intention
To Rezone 3058 Fredericton Road, Salisbury

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Salisbury intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend the Westmorland-Albert Planning Area Regulation 21-WAP-069-00.

The proposed By-law is intended to rezone the property known as PID 00954404 (outlined red in the above image) from the Rural Area zone to the Commercial-Industrial zone to permit the operation of a trucking depot with offices, warehousing, maintenance/repairs and washing area for the trucks.

Any person wishing to view the proposed By-law may do so at the Town of Salisbury Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Council has set by resolution the regular Council meeting of Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, N.B., as the date, time, and place for the PUBLIC HEARING of objections to the proposed By-law.

Written objections to the proposed amending By-law may be made to Council by forwarding comments to:
