PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Salisbury intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. 50, the “Village of Salisbury Municipal Plan” and a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. 51, the “Village of Salisbury Zoning By-law.
The proposed By-law amendments are intended to redesignate and rezone the property known as PID # 70286810, located at 3041 Main Street, Salisbury, from Residential to Industrial on the Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map for the purpose of operating a vehicle repairs and inspection shop.
Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-laws may do so at the Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday except holidays.
Council has set by resolution a special Council Meeting on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, N.B., as the date, time, and place for the PUBLIC HEARING for any person wishing to speak for or against the proposed amendments.
Written objections to the proposed amending By-laws may be made to Council by forwarding comments to:
