Please be advised that the Town of Salisbury Municipal Plan Amendment No. 50-2, which amends the Future Land Use Map of the Municipal Plan to redesignate a portion of the property known as PID 70286810 from Residential (R) to Industrial (I), was approved by Council on April 14, 2025, and by the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform on May 1, 2025. The By-law was registered in the Westmorland Registry Office on May 16, 2025, as Registry Number 46070778.
Subsequently, Zoning By-law Amendment No. 51-5, which amends the Zoning By-law to rezone a portion of the property known as PID 70286810 from Residential Use (RU) to Industrial (I), to permit a vehicle repair and inspection garage was approved by Council on April 14, 2025, and registered in the Westmorland Registry Office on May 16, 2025, as Registry Number 46070760.
