The Town of Salisbury is encouraging residents to keep a close eye on their mailboxes in the coming days in anticipation of receiving their Access Code to the Town of Salisbury Resident Survey.
The Town has engaged Narrative Research to undertake a third-party survey to gauge resident feedback, satisfaction, and to inform priority-setting for the Town. The deadline to complete the survey is March 12, 2026.
Once residents receive their postcard, they can:
- Visit 2026SalisburySurvey.ca or scan the QR code on the postcard;
- Enter the Access Code on the card and complete the survey;
- Enter to win one of six prizes.
Residents who receive the postcard and are unable to complete the survey online can contact Narrative Research by phone at 1-888-854-6555 or via email at surveys@narrativeresearch.ca to receive a printed copy via mail or to have the survey administered via telephone. The easiest and most efficient way to complete the survey is online.
“From our Recreation Master Plan to Highland Park Consultations, we have prioritized public engagement through various projects over the last three years,” says Mayor Robert Campbell. “As we look ahead and prepare to develop a new Strategic Plan for the next five-years, we want to ensure residents have the opportunity to provide their input and thoughts on priorities to help shape the future of the Town”.
The survey, once analyzed by Narrative Research, will be presented to Town Council in the summer of 2026. Following this presentation, the Town will publish the results from the survey.
