PUBLIC NOTICE of the Town of Salisbury Municipal Plan By-law Amendment No. 50-1
and Zoning By-law Amendments No. 51-4 and No. 51-3 APPROVAL
Please be advised that the Town of Salisbury Municipal Plan Amendment No. 50-1, which amends the Future Land Use Map of the Municipal Plan to redesignate the property known as PID 00816140 from Residential (R) to Village Centre (VC), was approved by Council on September 9th, 2024 and by the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform on October 2nd, 2024. The By-law was registered in the Westmorland Registry Office on October 10th, 2024 as Registry Number 45415495.
Subsequently, Zoning By-law Amendment No. 51-4, which amends the Zoning By-law to rezone the property known as PID 00816140 from Residential Use (RU) to Village Centre (VC), to permit multiple unit dwellings was approved by Council on September 9th, 2024 and registered in the Westmorland Registry Office on October 10th, 2024 as Registry Number 45415552.
Furthermore, Zoning By-law Amendment No. 51-3, which amends the Zoning By-law to change the minimum lot area of Multiple Unit Dwellings in the Village Centre and Residential Neighbourhood Services zone was approved by Council on September 9th, 2024 and registered in the Westmorland Registry Office on October 7th, 2024 as Registry Number 45399871.
