10am Pickleball Tournament – This will take place at the outdoor courts on Douglas Street across from the Department of Recreation and Wellness Office.
11am Parade Line-Up / Elementary School Parking Lot – All entries must register and be lined up before 11am.
Noon Parade (Regular Parade Route) (Rain or Shine) – Please note, for safety reasons, through-traffic on Main Street and River Road will be stopped for the length of the parade. Parade organizers ask that candy NOT be thrown from floats in order to avoid possible injury to children. Individuals may walk beside floats and hand out treats. Musical entrants are encouraged. All rules for motorized vehicles must be abided by. THERE WILL BE NO TOLERANCE FOR RECKLESS DRIVING.
1–4pm Market & Food Court (at the municipal grounds at 56 Douglas Street. No through-traffic on Douglas St. from 1-5pm. High school parking lot will be available after 1pm. Parking also at SES.) – Businesses, groups, organizations or individuals are welcome to run stands to sell products (baking, crafts, vegetables, BBQ, etc).
Food Vendors On Site – Confirmed: Horsman’s BBQ, Tacos Dorados Sinaloa Style, Crossroads Pentecostal Church, Taylor Made Fudge, and Eva’s Specialty Lemonade.

12:30–2:30pm Free Swim – At Salisbury Lions Pool, come for a free swim! Everyone welcome!
10pm Fireworks – Community Days will wrap up this year with a grand fireworks show on Saturday evening at the baseball fields off Douglas Street. Parking is at the schools or municipal building while space is available. Access will be restricted beyond the parking lot entrance to the soccer field. The municipality has received special authorization for this event, which will be conducted responsibly by licensed fireworks technicians and also involve the participation of Salisbury Fire Rescue both during the event and after. Following the required consent of the Fire Chief, additional approval by municipal Council was granted by motion on August 9, with insurance inquiries also made. Residents are reminded that fireworks, otherwise, remain prohibited as stated in By-Law No. 22, Prevention of Accidents from Sundry Causes (Section 2.(a)).
