STR Ball Hockey League

The Town of Salisbury is collaborating with the Community of Three Rivers to host our first annual Ball Hockey League throughout the month of May at the Petitcodiac Arena.

We will have six teams of 10 participants in each age group and registration will run from Friday, March 29 to Friday, April 12. Register while space is available.

The STR Ball Hockey League will cost $40 per participant and registration will be available at 5:00PM on Friday, March 29, through the Town of Salisbury’s Facebook page. The online registration form will also be available through the Town of Salisbury’s website under the Recreation and Wellness tab.

U7 will have players born between 2017 and 2020, U11 will have players born between 2013 to 2016, and Teen League will have players born between 2006 and 2012.

No spaces are confirmed until you receive confirmation from Massimo via his e-mail massimocaracristi@salisburynb.ca. Once you are confirmed, you can send $40 to finance@salisburynb.ca with the password “Hockey2024” or visit the municipal office in Salisbury to pay in person by cash, cheque, or debit.

Schedule and Location (Tentative):

  • Petitcodiac Arena
  • U7: Wednesdays from 5:00PM to 5:30PM
  • U11: Wednesdays from 5:45PM to 6:30PM
  • Teen League: Wednesdays from 6:45PM to 7:30PM

General Information:

  • Six teams of 10 players per team
  • Rotating goalies (unless a team has a dedicated goalie)
  • Goalie pads, goalie helmets, and goalie sticks provided
  • Participants are required to bring their own hockey sticks and hockey gloves
  • Sneakers or trainers required
