PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Salisbury intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. 50, the “Village of Salisbury Municipal Plan”.

The proposed By-law is intended to redesignate the property known as PID # 00816140, located off Dundee Drive and MacDonald Street from Residential to Village Centre on the Future Land Use Map for the purpose of developing a multi unit residential development.

Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-law may do so at the Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday except holidays.

Council has set by resolution the Council Meeting of Monday, July 8th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, N.B., as the date, time, and place for the PUBLIC PRESENTATION of Council’s intent to amend the Municipal Plan.

Written objections to the proposed amending By-law may be made to Council by forwarding comments within 30 days of the Public Presentation, to:
