PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Salisbury intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend the Westmorland-Albert Planning Area Regulation 21-WAP-069-00.
The proposed By-law is intended to rezone the property known as PID 00956433 (outlined red in the above image) from the Rural Area zone to the Commercial-Industrial zone to permit a micro-cultivation facility for cannabis production.
Any person wishing to view the proposed By-law may do so at the Town of Salisbury Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday (except holidays).
Council has set by resolution the Council Meeting of Monday, December 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Town Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, N.B., as the date, time, and place for the PUBLIC HEARING of objections to the proposed By-law.
